She is survived by: her wife Carol Ann Washington; her stepsons, James Williams (Kathey) and Ronald Collver (Kathy); her grandchildren, Zachary Collver and Zoey Collver; her nieces and nephews, John Wayne Stilwell (Dana), John Allen Clark (Melissa), Nathan Clark (Melanie), Chris Bratcher (Nicole) and Kelly Carson; and her uncle James Dellon Jacobs (Diane).
