With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minerva Jane Hollis (Marion, North Carolina), born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on November 11, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Knepton and Morene Knepton (Bennett); her siblings, Mary King (Knepton), Willie Sistrunk (Knepton) and Charles Knepton; and her niece Florence Rodgers (Thomas Eugene Hollis).
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Landon, Gillianne, Rose and Cora; her daughters, Cynthia Trauger (Martin) and Julie Hollis; and her grandchildren, Amy Trauger, Thomas Trauger, Amanda Hollis (Thomas Szymanski), Ashley Swarthout (Brandon) and Abby McCaughey. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
