She was predeceased by: her parents, Hansford Fitzgerald and Ruth Camden. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Mahaffey and Brian Slagle; her former husband Keith Slagle; her brother Frank Fitzgerald; and her grandchildren, Ayden Mahaffey, Shay Slagle, Brian Slagle Jr. and Bryson Slagle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
