He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James Wishon and Bonnie Naomi McCoyle; and his grandparents, Nelson and Tracy Caudle. He is survived by: his family Catawba Falls Baptist Church; his wife Luella Price Wishon; his pet Puff; his children, Angela McEntire (Nick) and Phillip James Wishon, Jr. (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alissa Ellison (Cameron), Penelope Wishon and Nathaniel McEntire (Elizabeth Wise); his great grandchild Braxton Ellison; and his siblings, Belinda Minton, Patti Jefferies, Dael McCoyle and Duane McCoyle.
