He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Little Harris, Sr.; his wives, Hazel Gabbard Harris and Pauline S. Harris; and his siblings, Johnsie Walker and Jimmie Harris.

He is survived by: his sister Barbara Carswell; his sister-in-law Ruth Harris; and his stepdaughter Charlotte Lewis. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
