It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ransom Floyd Hicks of Marion, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Etis Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Marlowe Hicks; his daughter Kristi Hicks Lankford (Russell); his stepdaughters, Quinci Elliott (Matt) and Jessica Carter (Ted); his grandchildren, Gage Parkins, Katie Davis (Blake) and Abbie Brown (Jacob); his stepgrandchildren, Haley Carter, Kendall Carter, Dayton Elliott and Reid Elliott; and his great grandchild Brynlee Brown.
