He is survived by: his wife Shelia Martin Bailey; his children, Amber Wiseman (Gabriel), Dr. Ashley Perkins (Tommy) and Adam Bailey (Taryn); his grandchildren, Bailey McNeely (Damon), Tinsley Wiseman, Geneva Marlowe (Caleb), Elvy Wiseman, Jagger Bailey, Jett Bailey, Marley Perkins and Maddox Perkins; his great grandchildren, Emmie McNeely and Richard Jeffrey "RJ" McNeely; his brothers, Carl Bailey and John Bailey (Debbie); and his father-in-law Samuel Martin.
