He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Mckinney and Grace Mckinney of Little Switzerland; his siblings, Guy, Mildred, Nina, Jerry, Ralph, Evelyn and Nancy; his wife Sandra; his children, Lawrence, Becky, Libby, Sharon, Angela, Emily and Cassandra; his grandchildren, Jamie, Brandy, Maria, Jay, Elliott, Austin and Marcus; and his great great grandchild Ryleigh.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. A Private Family Graveside service to follow, In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Chestnut Grove Church, Po Box 218, Little Switzerland NC 28749.
