Pyatt; his children, Rachel McCormick (Jason) and Josh Guffey; his stepson Shannon Pyatt (Leah); and his siblings, Ron Guffey (Barbara), Raymond Guffey (Avey), Ritchie Guffey (Jacqueline) and Russell Guffey. He is also survived by two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
