He was predeceased by: his parents, Truette Clemmer and Elizabeth Clemmer. He is survived by: his wife Suzette Flowers Clemmer; his son Jeff Bumgarner (Jenny) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Lathan Bumgarner (Stephanie) of Charlotte, Riley Bumgarner Edison (Luke) of Dallas, N. C. and Luke Bumgarner of Wilmington, N. C.; his great grandchildren, Luke and Leo Bumgarner of Charlotte; his daughter Sandra Leigh Clemmer of Walhalla, S. C.; his brother Tim Clemmer of Dallas, N. C.; his siblings-in-law, Vicki and Jim Steele of West Jefferson, N. C.; and his nephew Brent Clemmer (Cindy) of Dallas, N. C..
