He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Earl Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Dunn; his mother Diane Dunn; his children, Lance Tilley, Brett Clontz (Diamond), Sarah Wall (Ryne), Rodney Clontz, Lela Woody (Gavin) and Shane Dunn, II; and his brothers, Mikey Bradley and Wyman Hooser. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and special friends.
