He was predeceased by: his parents, William Justice Bright and Ida Pool Bright; his wife Maude Blankenship Bright; and his siblings, William J. Bright, Wilma Reel, Betty Ann Whitson, Selma Jones and Willie Mae Davis.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Bright Bell (William B. Bell) of Nebo; his grandchildren, William Chandler Bell and Olivia Caroline Bell; his friend Jeanne Hensley; and his nieces and nephews, Janet Hughes, Sally Jean Peterson, Venita Coleman, Sonya Ruppe, Janice Waycaster, Linda Hamilton, Cynthia Jones, Gary DeHaven and Dennis Whitson.
