He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Elliott and Odell Elliott; his wife Mary Elizabeth Morgan Elliott; his sister Mildred "Tootie" Elliott Ledbetter; and his grandson Andrew G. Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Keith Elliott, Lisa Elliott Edwards (James), Roger "David" Elliott, Lori Elliott Cooper (Len) and Timothy "Tim" Elliott; his brothers, Jack Elliott (Sandy), Charles Elliott (Nancy) and Donnie Elliott; and his friends, Johnny, Mildred Hensley and Josh Moore. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
