She was predeceased by: her mother Jewel Crawford; and her husband Richard Everette Hagan. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Collins (Tony) of Marion and Christopher Racicot of St. Augustine, FL; her grandchildren, Kaylyn Collins, Brittany Collins, Tony Collins, III and Christopher Raciot, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Alexander, Leylonie, Nova, Addison, Linkin and River.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to assist with funeral expenses.
