He is survived by: his wife Shirley Reese Howard; his children, Beth Horney (Neil), Charlene Blevins, Kenneth Blevins, Wesley Murphy (Trena) and Melinda Cooke; and his siblings, Billy Howard (Blanche), Roy Dean Howard, Judy Owenby (Ken) and Ann Wilborn. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
