He was predeceased by: his parents, Esmer Ed Collins and Irene Massingill Roberts; his sisters, Brenda Collins, Edna Harper and Patsy Howard; and his nephews, Lamar Bennett and Robert Ingram.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Collins; his children, Tony Collins, Jr. (Jennifer) and Christy King (Tim); his grandchildren, Samantha Esque, Kaylyn Effler, Cheyenne White, Brittany Collins and Tony Collins, III; and his sisters, Mary Cunningham, Betty Collins, Carolyn Bryson (Randall) and Diane Howard (Mark). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
