He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rufus Duncan and Isabelle Turner Duncan; his wife Grace Duncan of Nevada; his birth mother Louise Turner Duncan; and his siblings, May Ann Wilson and Bill Parker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Pitman (Alan) and Olivia Wan (Peter); his siblings, Peggy Casey, Donna Shuffler, Robert Parker (Nancy), Butch Parker (Shirley), Roger Parker (Trish), Paul Miller and Joe Miller (Daphney); and his grandson Zachary Wan. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
