She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mildred Randolph and Mary Grace Gaddy Randolph; and her husband Alfred "Gene" Effler. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Effler Mathis (Buster), Sarah Grace Effler and Rebekah Effler Marban (Oscar); her grandchildren, Brooke Weaver (Justin), Megan Mathis, Maila Marban and Oliver Marban; her great grandchildren, Brayden Martin, Addison Weaver, Brantley Weaver and Mallory Gist; and her siblings, Jackie Gaddy (Linda), Kathy Crawley (JK) and Edith Bolick (Gary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beam Funeral Service & Crematory (2170 Rutherford Rd, Marion, NC 28752). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
