She was predeceased by: her father Stewart Larkin Daye; her former husbands, Hubert "Eugene" Plemmons, Kermith Buckner and Clyde Royal; and her siblings, Fred Daye, Ray Daye and Faye Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Roy Webb; her children, Tim Plemmons (Margaret), Judy Bumgarner (Mike) and Samantha Cobun (Nick); her stepchildren, Keith Webb (Joyce), Lynn Pruett, Henrietta Boston Harrell (Larry), Cathy Dugger (Ronnie), Donna Bielski and Patricia Hyatt; her grandchildren, Tammy Burgart, Patti Johnson, Emily Elkins, Kevin Bumgarner and Tanya Worley; and her close friend Dorothy Caldwell. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Yancey Street Baptist Church or a charity of one's choice.
