He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Stroupe and Betty Craig Stroupe; his former wife Judy Stroupe; and his brother Richard "Leon" Stroupe. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Jenkins Stroupe; his siblings, Lynn Trivett and Larry Stroupe (Nadine); and his pet Little Bit. He is also survived by six step-children; two step-grandchildren.
