He is survived by: his children, Christina "Tina" Meischeid (Steve), Terri Purnell Leggett, Charles "Bucky" Purnell (Toni) and David Billingsley (Julie); his grandchildren, Samantha, Beth, Ashley, Lee, Jessica and Caroline; his brother Aubrey Billingsley (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Bob Francis. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
