She was predeceased by: her father Floyd; and her siblings, Azalee Moore and Woodrow Moore. She is survived by: her daughters, Donia Rice and Melissa Rice Embler; her siblings, Emily Moore, Zula Manos (John), Lester and Doug Moore; her grandchildren, Dustin Embler (Melissa), Jaidyn and Joshua Embler; and her great grandchild Chloe Embler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service (7626 NC-213, Mars Hill, NC 28754). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
