He is survived by : his parents, Charles E Smeltzer and Sandra Chandler Smeltzer; his daughters, Jaylan Samson, Karma Blackwell and Adaline Webb; and his brother Gary Davis (Valerie). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
