He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvanes Gosnell and Linnie Treadway Gosnell; his significant other Ruby Lee Gosnell; and his siblings, Herman, Starlin, James, Alonzo, Artie, Charles Gosnell (Bud), Pauline Deaver, Lillie Mae King, Opal Gosnell and Fronia Gunter.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Ramsey, Cheryl Rollins (Bobby), Peggy Griffin (Kenny) and Harold Dean Gosnell II (Missy); his sisters, Emma Lee Mitchell and Irene Gosnell; his grandchildren, Bobby, Chris Norton, Hunter, Trevor Gosnell, Jay Michael Proffitt and Hannah Griffin; and his great grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Maleigha, Ava, Mya, Mariah, Zack Norton, Alex, Evan Gosnell, Rydder Hutchinson and Jaxon Proffitt.
