He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Hurst; and his grandmothers, Edna Pace and Vada Tweed. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Hurst; his mother Ruth; and his siblings, Pam, Jamie, Crystal Lynn, Christy Sanders, Jason, Scott and Kent.
