He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Ramsey and Virginia Anders Ramsey. He is survived by : his wife Joy Jenkins Ramsey; his son Stacy Ramsey; his siblings, Carolyn Dover, Deb Rice and Perry Ramsey; and his grandson Trenton Ramsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
