She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Street Davis and Kathleen; and her husband Jack Perry Philips. She is survived by: her sons, David Phillips (Dana) and Mark Phillips; her grandchildren, Kyle Phillips (Anna Kate) and Carson Phillips; her brother Walter Eugene Davis; and her brother-in-law Robert Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
