She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Worley and Gladis Dockrey Worley; her husband Harold Dean Radcliff, Sr.; her son Harold Dean Radcliff, Jr.; and her sister Althea Worley.
She is survived by: her son Alan Radcliff (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Amber Radcliff, Justin Radcliff (Caylan) and Morgan Radcliff. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, along with many extended family members and friends.
