Mary Dockery Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Dockery (Mars Hill, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Dockery to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Rice and Hattie Edwards Rice; her husband Paul Mace; her siblings, Nola Rice, Roscoe, Phill and Alfred Rice; and her close friend Earl Gosnell.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale, Anthony Mace and Chris Dockery (Katrina); her brothers, Oscar Rice and Glenn Rice; and her child Phill Dockery. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service (7626 NC-213, Mars Hill, NC 28754). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Meadow Gap Cemetery.
