He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bentley and Marion Barber Bentley; and his siblings, Carol Burnside, JoAnn Herrick and Kenneth Bentley.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Wentling Bentley; his daughter Krissy Bentley Tate (Dwain); and his stepdaughter Cindy Geyer (Joe). He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
