He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Worley; his children, Connie Sherlin (John) and Tony Worley (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Lee Clark (April), Dillan Worley (Amber), Shawna Worley (Michael), Austin Clark, Levi Clark, Riley Clark and Kennedy McDevitt; and his brother JC Worley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
