She is survived by: her son Thomas Fleet Nix (Debbie Nix) of Canton, NC; her sister Anne Blake Edwards of Winston Salem; her granddaughters, Amy Nix Tiller (Anthony Tiller) and Tonya Nix Shepard (Tim Shepard) of Canton, NC; and her great grandchildren, Emma Grace, Aleck, Ella Tiller, Adeline and Barrett Shepard of Canton, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
