He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce "Genell" Lewis; his parents, Druid Lewis and Bonnie Lewis; his daughter Annette Austin; and his siblings, David Lewis and Hazel Proffitt.
He is survived by: his children, Rocky Lewis (Sonya), Ronnie Lewis and Tonya Sharp (Michael); his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Josh, Jacob, Jessica, Missy, Brittany and Jennifer; and his brother Landon Lewis. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
