She is survived by: her husband Johnny Cook; her grandson Tyler Cook; and her siblings, Wesley Bullman, Jonathan Bullman (Maria), Terry Sue Dearnley and Sherry Louise Swartz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
