She was predeceased by : her parents, Memphis Franklin and Martha Tweed Franklin; her husband Carl Williams; and her siblings, Everette, Lewis, Walter, Sambo, Melva King, Susie Gosnell, Lizzy Kurkendall, Sarah Barnette and Margaret Ann Crowe.

She is survived by : her daughters, Brenda Cook (Buddy) and Jana Cantrell (Claude); her sister Muncie Shelton; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Jean Franklin and Lois Akins (Edward). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
