She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blackwell and Clara Goldsmith Blackwell; her husband Harold G. Lewis; and her granddaughter Sarrah J. Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Harold "Jody" Lewis (Miranda), Daniel G. Lewis (Jackie) and Dwayne Lewis; her grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Damon, Kadin, Cody and Benny; her brothers, Richard Blackwell (Patricia "Jo"), Albert Blackwell (Pat) and Bobby Blackwell (Tommy Ann); and her nieces and nephews, Ricky, Bobby Scott, Joey, Karen, Alberta and Darlene Arrowood.
