She is survived by : her husband Randy; her daughters, Jessica Metcalf (Kenny), Samantha Garrett (Jacob) and Kristi Worley; her sisters, Diane McMahan (Everette), Debbie Sprinkle (A. C.) and Rita Mace; and her grandchildren, Hunner, Kenzie Metcalf, Jayden, Sara Garrett and Tucker Worley.
