She is survived by: her sibling's children, Gail Bowens and Billy Worley; and her great-nephew Bruce Bowens. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and 3 great-great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Funeral & Cremation Service (7626 NC-213, Mars Hill, NC 28754). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
