She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bailey and Alda Merrell Bailey; her former husband Roger Sams; her daughter Darlene Sams; her stepmother Bernice Bailey; her siblings, Charles Bailey, Bruce Bailey and June Bailey Maccioli; her stepsister Doris Roberts; her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Hunter and Naomi Sams; and her niece Robbie Sams.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie S. Littrell (Ray) of Marshall, NC; her grandchildren, Cotey Littrell (Danielle) of Leland, NC and Aaron Littrell (Calie) of Wilmington, NC; her siblings, Hilda Frisbee (Ernest) and Terrill Bailey; and her siblings-in-law, JB Sams, Gary and Karen Sams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
