She is survived by: her husband Frank Leo Blackwell; her sons, Frankie Dale Blackwell (Priscilla) and Adam Blackwell; her grandchildren, Summer Robinson (Collin), Tanner Blackwell and Gracee Blackwell; her great grandchild Coast Robinson; and her siblings, Sheryl Warren (Wayne), Jerry Dale Rice (Charlene) and Daryl Rice. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
