He is survived by: his wife Lesley Metcalf; his children, Heather Day (Daniel), Nekisha Darnell (Tommy) and Terry Metcalf (Heather); his grandchildren, Thomas, Nicholas Darnell, Xander, Zayne, Anakin Alexander, Jadzia, Benjamin and Taylin; his mother Iva Glen Metcalf; his sisters, Sandra Metcalf, Candy Metcalf, Ashley Metcalf and Alicia Metcalf; his nieces and nephews, Mandy Norton, Mackenzie Metcalf, Eric Metcalf, EJ Metcalf, Austin Metcalf, Bryson Woody and Tanner Woody; his close friends, Howard King, Jeffrey Chandler, Scott Bowman and Daryl Johnson; and his pets, Daisy and Kit Kat.
