He is survived by: his wife Doris Moore Ballard; his children, Terri Ballard and Tim Ballard (Jill); his brother Ricky Ballard; his grandchildren, Kristen Peek (Canaan), Olivia Ballard and Lee Ballard; and his great grandchild Esther Peek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
