He is survived by: his wife Sandra McDougall; his children, Scott McDougall, Dawn Tillman, Joe McDougall (Beth), Shawn McDougall, Christen Reeves (Jonathan), Nichole Steadman (Jace), Evan Watkins and Teagan Watkins; his grandchildren, Josh Burrell, Krista McDougall, Nicholas Burrell (Porshua), Joseph McDougall, Shawn Washburn, Shalyn McDougall, Cherish McDougall, Christopher McDougall, Clayton McDougall and Kade Steadman; his sisters, Jane Regan and Carol MacLeod; and his stepgrandchildren, Charles Watkins, Dale Watkins, Barbara Watkins and Sherry James. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
