She was predeceased by : her parents, James Lee Deese and Ora Novella Quick Holland; her husband Charles Jackson Ritch; her sons, George Trakas, Jr. and Tony Ritch; her son-in-law Michael Woodard; and her brother Ronnie Deese.

She is survived by : her children, Bernadette Woodard, John Trakas (Amy), Eddie Trakas, Randy Lankford (Kristin) and Sonia Ritch; and her brother Larry Deese. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
