She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Wilkes and Rosetta Mumford Wilkes; her husband Dobby Wallace, Sr.; her granddaughter Jessica Dawn Wallace; and her siblings, D. W. Wilkes, Wade Wilkes, Jr., Lynwood Wilkes, David Wilkes, Steve Wilkes and Mable Hudgins.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Wallace (Kimberly) and Frank Wallace, Jr. Tommy (Gina); and her sister Mamie Jean Jackson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Morgan & Son Funeral Home (218 E Main St, Marshville, NC 28103). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Morgan & Son Funeral Home (218 E Main St, Marshville, NC 28103).
