He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cooley, Sr. and Virginia Terry Cooley. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Robinson Cooley; his children, Stephen Cooley and Kimberly Helou (Daniel); his granddaughter Coral Carson; and his siblings, David Cooley, Wallace Cooley (Jerilyn) and Sheila Eldreth (Eddie). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
