She was predeceased by : her parents, Roderick Herring and Vallie Herring (Temple); her husband Fairley Richard Price; and her brother Larry Herring. She is survived by : her son Ethan Price (Didi); her sister Judy Herring; her grandchildren, Grayson Price, Chassity Thomas (Jordan) and Kenley Price; and also Kelly Knight. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
