She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Neal and Kathryn Brimer Neal; and her husband Douglas Litton. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Thomas (Greg); her granddaughter Peyton Thomas (Justin); her sister Becky McCoy (Ed) of Chattanooga, TN; her niece Beth McCoy; and her nephews, Eddie McCoy (Annette) and Michael McCoy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to Union County Council on Aging Next Door Clubhouse.
