She is survived by : her husband Ronald Benton; her children, Shandon Benton, Shawna Benton (Mark Cornett), Sheena Benton Coble (Terry) and Selena Benton; and her siblings, Gail Knight (Jerry), Gypsy Helms, Dixie Helms and Wilson Gurley (Judy). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
