He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee and Pearlie Mae Britt Lee; his daughter Saundra; and his grandson Brandon. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen Lee; his children, Teresa, Marty, Cathy, Robin, Angela, Cindy, Sharon and Stevie; and his sister Jane. He is also survived by in-laws, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
